Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementing and monitoring training and development activities conducted inside and outside the university.
- Developing training and development programs and plans, and supervising their implementation after approval by the relevant authorities.
- Coordinating and collaborating with university departments and other state institutions regarding the center’s activities.
- Identifying the training needs of government employees through communication with various state departments.
- Organizing seminars, conferences, and various workshops.
- Contracting with different state institutions to conduct training and development courses.
- Organizing a database for center staff, trainers, external trainers, and conducted courses.
