Administrative Affairs Division – Continuing Education Center / Tikrit University
The Administrative Affairs Division is one of the key pillars of the Continuing Education Center, responsible for organizing and managing all administrative matters for staff members, in addition to documenting activities and handling the center’s official correspondence.
Units under the Division:
- Documents and Certificates Unit: Responsible for preparing and issuing paper and electronic certificates for participants in courses, workshops, and seminars.
- Archiving Unit: Handles the archiving of all incoming and outgoing official correspondence, and preserves course results since the establishment of the center, using modern electronic systems.
- Electronic Administration Unit: Specializes in preparing administrative orders for staff appointments, releases, and leave requests, as well as orders for courses, workshops, and seminars, in addition to managing and monitoring official correspondence.
- Media Unit: Responsible for covering all center activities in the media, managing the website, and operating social media platforms to publish news and reports.
Main Tasks:
- Managing staff administrative affairs, including appointment orders, releases, leave requests, and official correspondence.
- Organizing and archiving documents and official communications.
- Issuing course results and related administrative orders.
- Coordinating between the division’s units to ensure efficient administrative operations.
- Monitoring media coverage of events and official activities through electronic platforms.
The Administrative Affairs Division strives to achieve smooth and accurate administrative performance, enhancing the center’s efficiency and supporting its mission in education and institutional development.
