Associate Professor Dr. Siyaf Abdul Hussein

Associate Professor Dr. Siyaf Abdul Hussein is distinguished by a profound leadership vision, driven by his belief that continuing education is one of the most vital pillars for advancing society and elevating both academic and professional institutions. Since assuming the directorship of the Continuing Education Center at Tikrit University, his limitless dedication has had a tangible impact on every aspect of the center’s operations.

He has directly contributed to enhancing the quality of training programs and improving staff competencies, playing a major role in fostering a culture of innovation and activating scientific partnerships with governmental institutions and the private sector, in pursuit of aligning university education with the requirements of community development.

Dr. Siyaf is known for his positive spirit, constant communication with the administrative and teaching staff, and his dedication to listening and providing support to all who work under his leadership. This has helped create a work environment built on cooperation, respect, and excellence.
